Here is the stat i created
Los Angeles Lakers 5 (7x to finals, 2 loose)
San Antonio Spurs 5 (6x to finals, 1 loose), including 1999
Miami Heat 3 (5x to finals, 2 loose)
Golden State Warriors 2 (3x to finals, 1 loose)
Cleveland Cavaliers 1 (4x to finals, 3 loose)
Dallas Mavericks 1 (2x to finals, 1 loose)
Boston Celtics 1 (2x to finals, 1 loose)
Detroit Pistons 1 (2x to finals, 1 loose)
Only 7 teams in nba, in the last 18 years (since 2000), be the champion
and only 4 teams have it more than once <- you are very luck if being a player of these teams
so its very very hard to be a champion in NBA, in modern era
Lebron James is the lowest, 3-5 win, in 2 teams, even he have super teams in Miami & Cleaveland (except in 2007), what do you think?
if a team loose in previous year, they can can win another year
