Hey,
I've got a boutique. As it's a boutique there will a lot of transporting of clothes and other materials to and fro. Last week I bought a dock leveler for safer and more efficient loading and unloading of goods.usually the dock leveler is bought by the transporting man. But they will not look after the materials while loading or unloading.So we bought one with our own risk.
Last day when I pulled the chain, the dock leveler didn't come up.
Does anyone here has faced a similar issue? Please do reply with suggestions. Is it necessary to call a trained technician to resolve this issue? I have already found this service provider offering loading dock leveler repair. Is anyone here had approached their service earlier?
