Slowest computer ever

Nothing I do works. I have a newer laptop that runs so slow. Sometimes is takes a full two minutes to open a new application. I've defragged it, run a virus scan, and uninstalled all apps I dont use. Still slow. Any thoughts?

You may just have to put your computer back to factory defaults. This happened to me not too long ago. I obviously picked up some virus or trojan, and nothing would clean it off. I had to save everything off to my cloud drive and set the computer back to factory default. Works great now.

How long has it been this way? I mean you say it is new but a new laptop should not be running this badly. Have you recently upgraded to windows 10 or something?
