What’s One Thing You Wish You Knew Before Starting Your First Remodel?

Looking back at my first renovation, I definitely underestimated how messy and time-consuming it would be. I thought it’d take a few weeks, but it dragged on for months. Still happy with the result though just wish I’d planned better.

For those who’ve done home remodels before, what’s one thing you wish someone had told you earlier? Could be about budgeting, contractors, design choices anything that would’ve saved time or stress.
