It's a dish from the Yucatan Peninsula, and I've been eating it almost every couple of days. Basically they marinate pork in achiote paste, lime juice, orange juice, garlic and salt, then cook it for about six hours. The meat turns out so delicious. Just tuck a little in a tortilla with some chopped onion and you're ready to go.

"Deathgasm".
A hilariously gory movie that is a perfect cross between "Dead Alive" and "Spinal Tap". I definitely recommend it if you're in the mood for a silly, gory, movie.

Nothing I do works. I have a newer laptop that runs so slow. Sometimes is takes a full two minutes to open a new application. I've defragged it, run a virus scan, and uninstalled all apps I dont use. Still slow. Any thoughts?

For anyone who likes the dark Batman movies, this TV series is great. It's about Batman when he was just a kid, and mostly revolves around Commissioner Gordon's career as a rookie cop. So far in the first few episodes they have introduced younger versions of; catgirl, the joker, the penquin, and a whole slew of other well known villains. Cant wait to see more tonight.

So, I have a ritual where every Sunday night I turn out all of the lights, and watch at least one scary movie. I've seen just about everything you can imagine, and now I've run out of movies. Anyone have any suggestions? What are your favorite scary movies?

I love reading. I read as often as I can. Right now I'm reading War and Peace. It's taking me forever as it's incredibly long, and quite complex. My favorite book of all though is Voltaire's Candide. Hilarious and tragic all at the same time.
