Civil law arises because there is a violation of a person's rights as regulated in Civil Law. Meanwhile, criminal cases arise because there is a violation of criminal acts that have been stipulated in the criminal law.
So, the question is whether civil cases can be jailed or not?
No, civil disputes cannot be jailed. because for civil disputes, the violation requires compensation to be paid to the injured party.
