Commercial insurance? Worthy? - Katarina - 02-14-2019

looking for some answers to my dilemma

I'm painter by choice though i have a different day job. I wish to open a space, more like a creative space to collaborate with people, to talk about art over a cup of coffee. I also plan to hold some weekend classes for kids to mouldĀ their passion with their creative side. The space is right over in my property and would be ready in the next 6 months. But I have the cost of construction covered and purchasing things which would make my space complete. But I need to look for insurance to avoid any type of contingency. Can this space be covered under my property insurance? Would I have to increase my premium amount for this purpose? I read about commercial insurance services too. Should i make a comparison and for the better one? Would it cost me more to take up commercial insurance?
