How do I get rid of bats from my soffit..!!
Posted by: Manueljohn - 01-25-2019, 10:08 AM - Forum: Family, Home, House - Replies (1)

Hey,  I recently bought a new apartment in Hamilton. My wife and I were working in a private firm for a long time. Currently, we retired from our jobs, and we planned to spend our retirement life doing farming and all. That's why we bought this new residence with a spacious backyard which fulfills our needs. It was kept closed for years because the previous owners used to live with their children in the USA. It is about a week, shifting to this current residence. In between these days, we noticed that something was hanging around the soffit and it was a group of bats. It's harmless to us, but it looks weird to us. I don't know how to make them move away from our residence. I'm scared to go closer to them because I afraid of getting attacked by them, but I want them to get rid of our residence. One of our neighbours mentioned the animal removal services near Hamilton to remove them from the soffit. I don't have any personal experience with such service providers previously. Can such service providers help me to get rid of this? Please share your thoughts on it.

  Pink Tooth- Confused
Posted by: Petrile - 01-22-2019, 04:45 AM - Forum: Health - Replies (3)

I just had a dental cleaning and the hygienist told me that I have got "pink tooth". I am hearing about this for the first time and I am a little worried. She said that this tooth has what seems to be a "huge" cavity on the x-ray. I don't have an appointment with my dentis any soon. My hygienist is unsure as to what the cause was.
I examined my teeth in front of the mirror. It does have a pinkish hue. I brush and floss every day and haven't had a cavity in years. Is it something to be concerned about?

Is Mountain E-Bike good for daily usage?
Posted by: davidnethers - 01-21-2019, 11:06 AM - Forum: Automotive - Replies (2)

Hey there,

Who all here uses a mountain E-Bike to get around the city? I have been thinking of buying one, as it really helps in riding through hills too. By buying this bike in my view it is 2 birds in a single shot. I can use it on hills as well as for getting around the city.

Does anyone over here use such bikes in this manner? Also, suggest me which motor type is better, the front, the mid or the back motor. Please share your suggestions here. I'm eagerly waiting for your replies.

  Security System For Business
Posted by: Andresshaas - 01-21-2019, 07:10 AM - Forum: Buying, Selling, Trade - No Replies

I'm running an insurance company in Toronto. We are moving to our new office next month.
So, I've been looking for a CCTV system.

What I need:

Nightvision cameras (at least 1080p)
Zoomable in playback
Motion sensing
Decent cloud storage(at least 1TB)
Mobile & PC( accessible  )
Cameras must be waterproof
Not extremely expensive
And,
If possible, a system with backup power and wireless cameras.
I need around 10-12 cameras for full coverage.
My friend suggested a nearby commercial alarm systems company. But I wanted to hear your suggestions before calling them.
Please share your thoughts and suggestions.

Anyone had any experience with laser vision treatment..!!
Posted by: Augustus - 01-21-2019, 06:14 AM - Forum: Health - No Replies

Hey, My son is 16 years old. He is an extremely active person, and he started to wear glasses as he is suffering from short sight problem. He detected with short sight a few months back and got to wear glasses for almost two months. He is completely struggling with them. In these two months, he broke his glasses ten times. It seems like it is difficult to carry specs for boys who are hyperactive like my child. He often said that it is difficult for him to manage them. So he proposed of attempting contact lenses but I think the use of contact lenses is even riskier than glasses. Because I heard that the use of contact lenses could cause irritation to your eyes, and it needs proper care on these lenses. I don't think that my son could take care of those lenses. I guess laser vision correction would be perfect for my son to completely get rid of this trouble. I'm looking for centres providing laser vision correction near Toronto to make an appointment. Before that, if anyone could help me with sharing your experience with laser surgery, it would be a great help. Is there any risk in undergoing laser eye treatment? How many days should I take rest after the surgery? Please feel free to share your experience with me.

  Does slate roof cost much..!!
Posted by: Augustus - 01-18-2019, 06:30 AM - Forum: Family, Home, House - Replies (2)

Hey, I live with my grandparents. They were suffering from age-related issues, and they struggle a lot to meet my needs. My grandparents are taking care of me from my childhood since I lose my parents at my young age. I'm 18 years old now, and I thought I should do something which could help to lighten their burden. My friends and I had planned to open a coffee club. We got a building located in a high traffic area which is the property of one of my friend's father. We have got a limited budget of around $50,000, and we are planning to make the shop in a vintage appearance. I don't know how much it would be possible to execute. We are planning to approach roofing distributors to lay slates on the roof, to keep the vintage look. We don't have any idea how much it would cost. I have heard that slate roofs are somewhat costly compared to other roof types. If anyone aware of the cost of slate roof per square, I would like to know how much it cost for the installation of 1500 square foot roof? Otherwise, can someone offer any advice to choose a roof type which gives a vintage aspect to the shop?

Need to buy a new home but already have 2 mortgages
Posted by: JeremyLewis - 01-16-2019, 07:31 AM - Forum: Business, Finance & Money - No Replies

We are planning to purchase a new home, and we are really so excited and happy. But, since we do not have enough funds, we will have to depend on a mortgage or a home loan. But there are already 2 mortgages going on which was taken for our business.
We don't want to live anymore in the rented house. Fed up hearing the homeowner's complaints. And every time keeps on charging more rent from us. I am already paying a lot and so I have decided to buy a new home.
But, as we have already 2 mortgages and loans running can we opt for another loan? My friend suggested me to go for debt consolidation service but I don't have any knowledge on it. What will be the interest rate that I will have to pay?
If you guys have any idea on this do let me know.

Smell coming up from the drains!!
Posted by: davidnethers - 01-15-2019, 02:27 PM - Forum: Family, Home, House - No Replies

Hi all,

We bought our house a year ago. When we use the washing machine, dishwasher, or master shower, the smell happens. Since the past year, this has been going on without figuring out the problem. We have had 3 plumbers to try and find the problem. No one knows. No one could find the source, just the horrible smell.

The only place from where the smell comes is my daughter's shower drain. Nowhere else. It's so bad that some nights she is forced to sleep in the living room. We open the bathroom window to get rid of the smell. Normally within 5 hours of finishing washing the smell is gone.

Can anyone suggest me with any plumbing services? While googling I came across a plumbing maintenance service provider in Toronto. Has anyone heard about them? If you have had previous experience with them feel free to share your experiences.

  Can I get cataract twice..!!
Posted by: Elzapatrick - 01-14-2019, 11:17 AM - Forum: Health - No Replies

Hey, I'm Elza, and I'm residing in Toronto. I recently had cataract surgery from Toronto and a corrective lens installed in both eyes. The procedure was quick, efficient with no discomfort and I was immediately able to see with the clarity of detail. I can now read, drive and do everything without glasses, which I have worn for 44 years. I could not stop telling everyone how beautiful colours were, that I didn't know I was missing all these years. My experience after surgery is better with no issues, no sensation, no discomfort, nothing just beautiful clear vision. I didn't have a single side effect or incident following my surgery. All of that said, I'm afraid of getting cataracts twice. Can a cataract come back even after cataract surgery? If anyone aware of this case, please feel free to share it with me.
