Need to buy a new home but already have 2 mortgages
Posted by: JeremyLewis - 01-16-2019, 07:31 AM - Forum: Business, Finance & Money - No Replies

We are planning to purchase a new home, and we are really so excited and happy. But, since we do not have enough funds, we will have to depend on a mortgage or a home loan. But there are already 2 mortgages going on which was taken for our business.
We don't want to live anymore in the rented house. Fed up hearing the homeowner's complaints. And every time keeps on charging more rent from us. I am already paying a lot and so I have decided to buy a new home.
But, as we have already 2 mortgages and loans running can we opt for another loan? My friend suggested me to go for debt consolidation service but I don't have any knowledge on it. What will be the interest rate that I will have to pay?
If you guys have any idea on this do let me know.

Smell coming up from the drains!!
Posted by: davidnethers - 01-15-2019, 02:27 PM - Forum: Family, Home, House - No Replies

Hi all,

We bought our house a year ago. When we use the washing machine, dishwasher, or master shower, the smell happens. Since the past year, this has been going on without figuring out the problem. We have had 3 plumbers to try and find the problem. No one knows. No one could find the source, just the horrible smell.

The only place from where the smell comes is my daughter's shower drain. Nowhere else. It's so bad that some nights she is forced to sleep in the living room. We open the bathroom window to get rid of the smell. Normally within 5 hours of finishing washing the smell is gone.

Can anyone suggest me with any plumbing services? While googling I came across a plumbing maintenance service provider in Toronto. Has anyone heard about them? If you have had previous experience with them feel free to share your experiences.

  Can I get cataract twice..!!
Posted by: Elzapatrick - 01-14-2019, 11:17 AM - Forum: Health - No Replies

Hey, I'm Elza, and I'm residing in Toronto. I recently had cataract surgery from Toronto and a corrective lens installed in both eyes. The procedure was quick, efficient with no discomfort and I was immediately able to see with the clarity of detail. I can now read, drive and do everything without glasses, which I have worn for 44 years. I could not stop telling everyone how beautiful colours were, that I didn't know I was missing all these years. My experience after surgery is better with no issues, no sensation, no discomfort, nothing just beautiful clear vision. I didn't have a single side effect or incident following my surgery. All of that said, I'm afraid of getting cataracts twice. Can a cataract come back even after cataract surgery? If anyone aware of this case, please feel free to share it with me.

Need help to fix the corrode pipe in pool..!!
Posted by: Milanjohan - 01-14-2019, 05:23 AM - Forum: Family, Home, House - No Replies

Hey, I'm residing in Ontario. My son is 10-years old, and he is interested in swimming. He is going for swimming classes in his schools, and his coach asked to take more practice for it. Favourably, we have a swimming pool attained in our premise. The pool was left unused for years. Now, as my child wanted to practice swimming, I vacuumed the pool, and I tried to fill water in the pool. Since the pipe bringing water to the pool was left untouched, it created some holes in the pipes due to rust formation over it. I found that water is leaking through the small holes on the pipes, and it takes an enormous time to fill the pool. I think some corrosion check and servicing is required to fix this. If anyone has got any details regarding corrosion companies in Ontario, please help me with it. Any help would be highly appreciated.

  Anyone aware of Invisalign treatment..!!
Posted by: Manueljohn - 01-13-2019, 07:17 PM - Forum: Health - No Replies

Hey guys, My 8-year-old daughter has crooked teeth. We are planning to consult an orthodontist to make her teeth ideal. She doesn't like to wear metal braces since it hurts and gives a bad look.
When I discussed it with my friends, they told about accelerated orthodontist treatment. They said clear plastic braces are using in this treatment method instead of metal braces. So it will be comfortable for her to wear. So I am looking to try out accelerated orthodontist instead of going to the traditional treatment pattern.
Does anyone have any additional resources about this or know the cost, maintenance of these dental procedures around Ajax? Can anyone with previous experience help me out? It would be a great help. Please do share your suggestions with me.

Can someone help me to start my new career..!!
Posted by: Elzapatrick - 01-13-2019, 03:27 PM - Forum: Jobs & Careers - No Replies

I'm residing in Hamilton. Last month my husband got terminated from his job due to some personal issues with his boss. He is trying to get another job, but it may take some time. We are currently in a financial crisis. So, as I am a Zumba dancer, I planned on taking dance classes at my home. So I can help him to reduce his stress to a certain extent. I discussed my innovation with my friends, and they offered their help to make this a big success. I got a few students from my neighbourhood and through my friends. But, I think to get a broad reach among people, I should do something else. I think it's better to make use of custom signage for promotion. I did a little research on firms providing custom signage near Hamilton and found several quality firms. I reviewed several blogs and websites regarding custom signage. After going through these reviews, I have learned custom signage is an excellent choice. It provides professional look with little effort and low price. But before approaching any firm, I would like to know about your experiences with dealing such matter. Please share your comments and suggestions.

How do I get rid of this useless furniture?
Posted by: Hillari - 01-10-2019, 05:57 AM - Forum: Family, Home, House - No Replies

I live in an apartment in Toronto and am moving out on Feb 22nd. I need to get rid of a sofa and bed that are no longer good enough to be used. We are planning to buy anew furniture when we move to our new place. My boyfriend asked me to getb help from disposal services. Is it a good idea? I don't feel comfortable donating the furniture. The sofa is in really bad shape, and I really don't think anyone would want it. The bed has got bed bugs too and I can't bear to give it to someone else.
How do I get rid of this furniture? Can I just drive it to a dump?  I'm so clueless

  Question about storage container
Posted by: JeremyLewis - 01-08-2019, 07:11 AM - Forum: Family, Home, House - No Replies

My wife and I are looking to buy a small piece of property in the mountain view area in the next 2 years, with plans to have a small house there in the next 5 to 6 years.
What we would like to do is buy a small lot, and put either a storage container home or another type of prefabricated, or even a stick-build house not more than 400 SqFt. Our goal is to not have a mortgage or pay rent. We just want a more gentle pace of life and one where we aren't slaves to a large mortgage or rent payment.
We want to leave a gentle footprint on the land we will be living on. We also want to be as green as possible.
But can anyone tell me are storage container homes legal? I am talking about a container with real windows and doors, plumbing, and solar electricity, and a fresh coat of paint, not living in a dirty rusted box with the cargo doors as the only opening.

Thanks for your feedback!
